A collection of various illustrations and graphics that I've created so far at Favor.
When Favor moved into a new office I was tasked with creating a mural that would represent Favor's past, present & future. It began with a sketch and now stands 10x21 ft. tall right when you get off the elevator. I collaborated with Carlos Menchaca to develop, design & paint the mural. Humm Systems is a start-up here in Austin, TX that I was brought on to assist the Creative Director with developing some of the core brand design and marketing. Some of the issues I faced coming in were that the brand wasn't fully built out, there was no email system in place as well as no marketing materials.
During my time there I built out the brand guidelines, designed many icons and animations to finish out the brand. I also developed an on boarding email campaign as well as building out a social media marketing plan.
I was tasked with creating the logo and brand identity for a trucking company out of Houston, TX. I was asked to create a logo and identity that had a vintage NASA, yet also modern, feel. I also worked to develop other web and print collateral and really give this company a look and feel to thrive out in the real world.
A collection of logos that I've worked on over the years.
A collection of miscellaneous illustrations.
A collection of typography I've worked on, some for commission and others just for fun.
A look into some of the graphics I created during my time at Explore God.
Parable Video Series
While at Explore God I helped Art Direct a video series about some of the popular Parables. As well as Art Directing and assisting with the videos, I created a hand done piece for each title sequence. Check out a highlight video below or view the full series here!
For one of the pieces I worked on at Explore God I wanted to create a piece that showed the vintage style of lettering I grew up loving. I wanted it to be hand done and slightly rough around the edges. The end product turned out to be something I was very proud of and it was ultimately selected to be published in the Typism 2 Book, which displays some of the best typography from around the world.
